These Promotional Terms outline the terms and conditions for Krystal’s Earth Day Campaign relating to .eco domains. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms.
Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 20th April 2026, until 08:00 on 27th April 2026.
Promotional Detail
Customers who purchase a .eco domain through our website krystal.io during the promotional period will be eligible for our promotional pricing of £39.99, subject to the remainder of these Promotional Terms.
Each customer may benefit from the promotional pricing of .eco domains only once under this promotion. The promotion is not available to those who are renewing their .eco domains or are transferring their .eco domains.
Premium domains are not eligible for our promotional pricing. See below for more details.
The promotional pricing is only available for one year’s fees for .eco domains. Customers who order multi-year .eco domains will not benefit from the promotional pricing. Standard pricing applied upon domain renewal.
At the end of the promotional period the cost of all .eco domains will return to their usual price of £44.99.
How to use this promotion
No promotional code is required to claim the promotional pricing. The promotional pricing will be applied automatically for each eligible customer as they go through the domain purchasing process.
Eligibility
This Promotion is open to all existing and new customers of Krystal Hosting Ltd.
The Order Confirmation email generated by Krystal confirming your order must be generated by us during the Promotional Period for the order to be eligible for this Promotion.
Limitations
We may not always be able to determine whether a .eco domain will cost more than the standard price to register before we apply to register it. These domains are known as "premium domains". If we apply to register a .eco domain and the registry rejects the application on the basis that the fee for your chosen .eco domain is greater than the amount we have advertised on our site we will communicate this to you. We will then provide you with the option of either paying the greater fee for your chosen domain name by sending you a revised invoice with a view to proceeding with your chosen domain name or will cancel the invoice for the domain name registration and refund any payments you have made against it if you decide you do not wish to proceed with registration at the higher price.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
All .eco domains are subject to availability and are subject to the registry’s eligibility criteria.

The standard Krystal Hosting Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policyapply to all purchases made under this promotion.
Krystal reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
