Choose your virtual machine package
Three package types cover everything from general-purpose workloads to GPU-accelerated computing. Pick the one that fits your project and scale it up or down at any time.
CPU Optimised
High-frequency processors with up to 96 vCPUs. Suited to data processing, batch jobs, CI/CD pipelines, high-traffic APIs and web servers. Available with shared or dedicated vCPUs.
Memory Optimised
Up to 960GB of RAM for workloads that depend on large in-memory datasets. Built for databases, caching layers, real-time analytics and in-memory data processing.
GPUs
Attach Nvidia T4 or L4 GPUs to any Virtual Machine on demand and detach them when you’re done. You only pay for the time a GPU is attached. Suited to ML training, inference, image generation and video rendering.
Dedicated vCPUs for consistent performance
Any CPU Optimised Virtual Machine can be configured with dedicated vCPUs. With dedicated cores, your VM gets guaranteed clock cycles that aren’t shared with other tenants. This removes the variability you can get with shared vCPUs and gives you consistent, predictable performance under sustained load.
Dedicated vCPUs are available across all CPU Optimised tiers, from 1 vCPU to 96 vCPUs. Switch between shared and dedicated at any time.
What powers your virtual machine
High-frequency processors
All compute runs on high-frequency processors chosen for their clock speeds and core density, with thousands of vCores available across the platform.
Transfer
Each VM includes 1TB of external transfer. Transfer is pooled across all VMs in your organisation, so if one VM uses less, another can use more. Inbound transfer is free.
Self-healing Block Storage
System disks are stored across a distributed architecture with three copies of every block at no extra cost. If a node fails, your data is already replicated and your VM recovers immediately. Thousands of TBs of storage are available across the platform.
DDoS protection included
Real-time, fully automated DDoS mitigation comes with every VM. No extra cost, no configuration needed.
Automatic failover
If a physical node goes offline, your VM moves to a healthy node automatically. There's no manual intervention needed and no downtime. You stay online.
Operating System Templates
Krystal Cloud supports all major Linux distributions out of the box. Pick a template and deploy in seconds.

Custom deployments and Windows VM hosting
Need to run Windows, a specialist Linux distribution or a pre-built disk image? Krystal Cloud gives you three additional deployment methods beyond the standard OS templates.
Disk Template
Deploy from a disk snapshot of an existing VM. Useful for replicating a known-good configuration or spinning up identical environments quickly.
Custom ISO
Boot from your own ISO file and install almost any operating system. This is the route for Windows VM hosting. Upload a Windows Server or Windows desktop ISO, install it on your VM and run it alongside Linux instances in the same account. You’re responsible for your own Windows licence.
Block Data Import
Import block data from a given URI. Suited to migrations from other platforms where you already have a disk image ready to go.
How to launch your first virtual machine
- 1
Create an account
Sign up and explore the platform. No card required.
- 2
Choose a package
Choose CPU Optimised, Memory Optimised or add a GPU. Select shared or dedicated vCPUs, then set your RAM, storage and transfer.
- 3
Deploy instantly
Pick a Linux template, upload a Windows or custom ISO, or import a disk image. Your VM will be running in under 60 seconds.
