Krystal customers (“you”) can win £300 credit on your Krystal account if you complete our Customer Survey.
You will be entered into this promotion when you complete our Customer Survey between the start date and the closing date described below. You can find the survey by logging in to your WHMCS account. Your entry into this promotion will take effect from the moment you submit your answers to the survey.
The start date for this promotion is 30th October 2024. The closing date for entries to this promotion is 6th January 2025 at 23:59 GMT. Customer Surveys received after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion. Krystal will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid or delayed, regardless of cause.
To enter this promotion you must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry. You must also be a current Krystal customer with at least one of the following services: a shared hosting account, a managed WordPress Onyx account, a VPS, a Dedicated Server or a domain purchased within the last year.
You may enter this prize draw once per person. No payment is necessary to enter this promotion.
Krystal employees, the employees of its subsidiaries and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter this prize draw.
We may ask for proof of age or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.
Entries will be void if they do not comply with these terms and conditions, are incomplete or are considered by us to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of this promotion.
Our decision as to whether an entrant or their entry is eligible for this promotion is final and we are not obliged to provide any reasons for disqualification.

The winner of this promotion will be chosen by a random computer draw. The draw will be performed within one month of the closing date.
We will notify the winner by email as soon as possible after the draw using the contact details in your WHMCS area.
If the winner does not respond to the notification within 10 working days the prize will be forfeited and Krystal will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries (and that winner will also have 10 working days to respond to the notification).

You will be entered into this promotion when you complete a review of your experience as a Krystal customer at g2.com between the start date and the closing date described below. Your entry into this promotion will take effect from the moment G2.com publish your review. By submitting a review to G2.com about Krystal, you agree to their Terms of Use, and their Privacy Policy.
The start date for this promotion is 1st September 2024. The closing date for entries to this promotion is 30th October 2024 at 23:59 GMT. Reviews published by G2 after this time (whether or not they were sent before) will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
